I was so excited to finally find something that fits at Francesca's. Their clothes are cute but normally their small runs a few sizes too big for me. Luckily this skirt has an elastic waist that fits me. For the top, if you recognize it then you're right. I have a few of these comfy basic tanks from H&M. This outfit is feminine and flirty. I love it!

This is such a cute look, and you could even recreate it by sewing shirred fabric to the bottom of a tank. I made several dresses like that awhile back.
